Globe Wireless PSA Services
is the term that defines the formal process of registering a new
or modified Inmarsat terminal, also knows as a mobile earth
station (MES) for service on the Inmarsat Satellite Network.
Globe Wireless is an authorized agent for Inmarsat and has been
assigned PSA code 3022. We are accredited for PSA activities in
the following countries (click
for country list).
Globe Wireless PSA is a value-added service and is typically
performed free-of-charge for Globe Wireless customers. To
activate Inmarsat service, simply contact your local Globe
Wireless Sales representative
and be prepared to submit a completed Service Activation
Registration Form (SARF).

Trust our ShipAdmin department to provide quick activations.
For MES activations in a country where Globe Wireless is
accredited, the activation process and issuance of Inmarsat
Mobile Numbers (IMN) is usually satisfied within a few hours.
ShipAdmin personnel are always available to deactivate terminals
due to changes in ownership, reflagging, or other factors
affecting the vessel or MES. We are also happy to assist our
customers with PSA services in countries where we are not
accredited.
Summary of Globe Wireless PSA services:
- Facilitate the transmission of service activation
information of valid applications into the Inmarsat
Electronic Service Activation System (ESAS)
- Perform Activations, Deactivations, and the issuance of
Inmarsat Mobile Numbers within ESAS
- Respond directly to customer inquiries on service
activations, Inmarsat systems, and services in general
- Assist in the prevention and resolution of fraud and
fraudulent activities within the Inmarsat system
- Provide necessary information to flag state
administrations as may be required
- Ensure that MES owners/operators sign the Terms and
Conditions for the Utilization of the Inmarsat Space Segment
